Shipping policy

Who?

We use Royal Mail for domestic & international orders. However, if you require a different courier please contact us at info@teapsy.co.uk or leave a note during checkout.

How long?

We deliver Mon-Fri, usually until 12pm. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. This depends on your chosen shipping method and time of year, but most order get delivered within 3-5 days. International deliveries may take longer.

Where?

We ship almost everywhere! UK, US, EU, Australia, you name it. If you can't checkout in your preferred country, please drop us an email and we might be able to fix that :)

We ship locally in the UK. Orders from other countries are subject to duties & fees.

When you place an order from outside of UK, you're assuming all risks of international shipping - this includes delays, customs, duties and fees.
