Refund policy

Unhappy with your tea? Fear not!

Our 100% Happiness Guarantee means you are able to claim a refund on your first case of tea if you're not completely happy with it!

Real life example - On your first order you buy 2 Spring Walks and 1 Moondust. For some reason you're not happy with them - It might be that both teas are simply not tasty/too weak/not pretty enough. You contact us on Instagram or by email (info@teapsy.co.uk) and tell us you'd like a refund. We will ask some questions as we love feedback and regardless of your answers we will refund you for 1 Spring Walk and 1 Moondust - As we only refund the first box in this scheme. You won't be able to claim refund on those two teas if you order them again.

Certain products like "Sample Box" or "Sample Box Part 2" are exempt from this scheme due to the nature of the product. 

This does not affect your statuatory rights.

If your product is faulty and you give us proof we will refund it fully without exercising the "100% Happiness Guarantee".

You have the right to cancel any order without any reason for 14 days after purchase, and then have another 14 days to return it to us. 

We're super friendly and understanding when it comes to refunds, so please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve any issues!
